You can play chess almost every Saturday from now until April 12 if you want to!
Blue are totally optional - go for practice, merit points, and a chance at a trophy.
Red is League Play - We'll field a team of 5 with one alternate who will play. No fees.
Black - Tournaments the school will pay the fee.
Jan 11 Metcalf Jr High - we couldn't get 5 for match play, so you'll play in the open section.
Jan 18 Zachary Lane in Plymouth - You're on your own.
Jan 25 Jr. High League @ First Covenant Church in St. Paul
Feb 1 - Jr. High League @ FHMS
Feb 8 Metcalf - You're on your own
Feb 15-16 Minnesota Open - Mariott SW in MInnetonka 5801 Opus Pkwy
Feb 22 Grade Level Washington Tech - It's so close there's no bus, but we pay fees.
Mar 1 Jr. High League Playoffs at Burnsville Metcalf (if we quallify)
Mar 8 Burnsville Jr. High Championships
Mar 15 Day off
March 22-23 Minnehaha Acad. (grades K-6 only)
Mar 29-30 MSCA State Championship at St. Kates
Apr 5 Day off
April 12 Metcalf - You're on your own
